Privacy policy

This site is run by Shark Book LLC, 1412 Broadway, 21st Floor, New York, NY 10018. If you have a question about your information, email me at chris@sharkbook.net.

The contact form

When you send the form, your name, email and message are emailed to me so I can reply. I don’t add you to a mailing list.

Chatting with Finn

Finn is the AI assistant on this site. Your messages are stored on this site so I can read the conversation and follow up, and they are sent to Anthropic’s Claude models to write Finn’s replies. If you share your name, company and email, or book a call, those details are saved so I can prepare for our conversation, including in my Google Calendar and Google Workspace.

Analytics

I use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site: which pages they visit, roughly where they are, what device they use, and whether they open Finn or book a call. It uses cookies to do this. I don’t send it your messages, name or email. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Google Maps

The homepage and the New York page show my office on a Google map. Google loads it when you scroll to it and may set its own cookies; see Google’s privacy policy.

What I don’t do

I don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Your choices

Ask me at chris@sharkbook.net and I’ll tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
